COMPLAINTS:
We have a Complaint Policy and procedure in place. If you have any concerns please direct these to the Manager. The staff and Registered Persons will listen and act if necessary. Following these discussions an investigation and report will be implemented with the agreement of the complainant, who will get a copy within 14 days. If unresolved, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CIW), at Government office. Sorn Mynach. Llandudno Junction. LL31 9RZ. Telephone on 0300 7900126 can be contacted.
BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT:
We also have a Behaviour Management Policy. No child will ever be spoken to or handled inappropriately. We talk to the child and try and resolve the problem. Re-direction usually works. For full details please ask to read the Club's Policy File.
CHILD PROTECTION:
We have professional obligations towards Child Protection issues and any concerns will be discussed with Area Child Protection team. We also have a procedure in place
regarding accusations made against the staff. The School's Head Teacher is the
named responsible person for child protection.

FEES:
Breakfast Club is £5 per session; Early Entitlement | Playgroup is £13.00 per session; Wraparound Care is £20.00 per session and Afterschool Club is £13 per session. Fees are to be paid 10 days before the term commences. Please see individual club tabs for further information.
ABSENCE:
Charges for absence due to holidays or illness will be charged in full.
